Replay microscope

Run the same prompt twice, diff the paths. Finds repeats of one prompt inside local agent transcripts and reports CONSISTENT, PARAPHRASE, or DIVERGENT with a consistency fraction, so flaky prompts get pinned instead of rerun blind. Zero API keys; needs only python3.
